What again in the version 6 Pro:

 

Administrator of passwords (multi user).

Objective: to allow the use of Quickworkbook multiple users while preserving them the access to their secured space, so each user can reach his own spaces secured independently of those of the other.

- Every user will be able to use his own password to reach his spaces secured in all independence, security assured of an user to another.
- Modification of a password in case of need.
- In case of need, an user will be able to ask the administrator of the system for the réinitialisation of a password after identification.

Example: transmission of the mail associated to the folder or the previous password.

- The possibility to create in 2 clicks a space secured in one or several indexes of the work station, independently of the folders created under Quickworkbook.

Advantage: To create his own secured spaces or one wants on the station of work of the user.

Administration of the passwords:
- A session administrator is created since the first use of Quickworkbook Pro, she will have access to all existing passwords created since the first use in order to reach all secured spaces created among others in case of loss.

- Research of a password, a Mail or a folder by (key Word) in the list of the folders already created or in the historic daily.
- Consultation or modification of the password or Mail of every space secured.

Advantage: In case of absence or departure of an user, an administrator will be able to reach his/her/its spaces secured in case of need.
